Early Spring 2025

We have traveled through the Spring Equinox and the end of the first eclipse season of 2025 🌷  How are you pacing yourself as spring opens?

Some of you might know that I moved house last year. This spring is my first chance to watch its beginnings at our new home. I’m floored by the brightness of the yellows that are here—forsythia, Oregon grape, daffodil. All of them have been peaking at the same time, during this Equinox turning from the idea of spring to its manifestation. I expect you’ve noticed evidence of the changing season wherever you are—changing colors, wildlife, weather, length of the day, hues of the sky. It’s enough to keep us in the present moment, if not distract us from the heavier concerns of our time.

It has been such a time of caution, I feel—of needing to check the headlines, our phones, to know what’s happening in the world, to make sure there isn’t a reason to duck and cover while out living our lives. Things seem to be changing everyday, and some things we hear about are things we only ever would imagine happening in dystopian fiction.

Personally, it has been challenging to maintain a sense of purpose and direction in the face of all of the chaos. I wrote about it in a February post, “Finding a Way Through Today," of my new blog. I expected to write more essays—there is so much to say, to share—but I felt disheartened and powerless for a time, disowning the importance of my voice and my contribution to the world in this moment, even (or especially) in the face of a global narrative that is out of control.

But I managed to publish a second article, “Tending the Tapestry," since you last heard from me. In it I seek to understand how we can begin to change the world so that cruelty has no place in it. I’m sure this will be an ongoing inquiry, the kind that offers one thread of thought that intertwines with another and another. If you want to continue a discussion, please reach out ☀️

New session descriptions

In addition to the blog, my healing practice web site has been updated with descriptions of the services I’m offering. Whole Soul Balancing is not different from the healing sessions you’ve received from me, although now I am offering a 1-hour option for established clients

Some of you have received answers to Life Questions, or you’ve received Gateway Readings from me in the past. You might agree that they bring through powerful messages and support. I’m now offering them as standalone sessions. And I continue to believe that Home and Nature Rebalancing (which I used to call Home Essence Renewal) can support us in living our everyday lives, in addition to helping us initiate bigger changes that we might need to make.

Get in touch!

If you can offer any feedback about the web site content, pricing, session format, etc., especially if you find anything confusing or off-putting, I would appreciate your opinion!

What kind of support, besides healing or guidance sessions, would be helpful to you during these challenging times? Are you looking for community gatherings or camaraderie or words of hope or guidance or inspiration? Or all of the above?

I’ll look forward to hearing from you, whether it’s to give feedback, to set up a session, to share what might help you traverse these challenging times, or just to stay in touch.

Blessings to you and your loved ones as we continue to face each new day together 🌼

Warmly,
Kathryn
